We are known for our unique French macarons. Born in Italy centuries ago, it has now become a decadent Parisian delicacy!

Simply made of finely ground almonds, sugar and egg whites, its unique feature lies in its almond flavour and round shape. With one bite, its delicate but crunchy outer shell gives way to a soft almond meringue on the inside revealing a ganache, butter or jam filling.
