Order Policies
To place an order, please contact the Order Desk at
416-691-4554 during regular pastry shop hours:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturdays: 10am – 5pm
Please have the product information ready when you call to place your order.
Full payment by major credit card is required when placing an order.
When inquiring after hours, please email us at info@jadorecakesco.com with your name and phone number and a description of what you are interested in placing an order for. A J’Adore Cakes Co. representative will contact you during regular pastry shop hours to process your order.
Payment
All deposits and or final payments are non-refundable.
We accept Visa and Mastercard when placing your order by phone.
Interac is also accepted in our pastry shop.
Weddings Cakes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Special Occasion Cakes
The full amount is due at the time of booking.
Delivery Policies
Deliveries within Toronto and the GTA range from $40.00 and up.
Please refer to the delivery map to determine your delivery charge.
